This experience starts with us landing in Madrid and spending a day there before making our way to the tiny village of Orbanajo in the north of Spain.

Included in your retreat package:
Accommodation: 2 nights hotel stay, Madrid + 5 nights Casa Rural stay, Orbanajo.
Transport: Bus & Taxi transfer from Madrid to Casa Rural on May 9th + from Casa Rural to Madrid on May 14th.
Meals: All meals during stay at Casa Rural (except for Sunday May 10th dinner - we will go out and explore Ponferrada)
Nourishing Movement: Daily yoga practice + Daily dance (Bachata/Salsa) or holistic fitness workout.
Mindfulness Practices: Meditation, sound healing, nature walks, journaling, etc. throughout the week.

Travel Schedule:
8 May - Arrive in Madrid + check into hotel (free time to explore).
9 May - Breakfast + explore Madrid, then make our way to Casa Rural, Orbanajo in the afternoon.
9 to 14 May - Stay at Casa Rural, enjoy daily nourishing movement, mindfulness and grounding practices, and be immersed in nature.
14 May - Closing circle + make our way back to Mardid in the evening + check into hotel.
15 May - Travel back.
