Spain 2026 Retreat Terms & Conditions
1) The Retreat rate You are paying includes the following:
- Accommodation: 2 nights hotel stay, Madrid + 5 nights Casa Rural stay, Orbanajo.
- Transport: Bus & Taxi transfer from Madrid to Casa Rural on May 9th + from Casa Rural to Madrid on May 14th.
- Meals: All meals during stay at Casa Rural (except for Sunday May 10th dinner - we will go out and explore Ponferrada)
- Daily Yoga Session (by Aisha)
- Daily Dance (Bachata/Salsa) or Holistic Fitness workout (by Alma)
- Daily Mindfulness Practices: Meditation, sound healing, nature walks, journaling, etc. throughout the week.
- Cultural experiences and more fun surprises!
2) The Retreat rate You are paying does not include flights, any visa requirements, any travel insurance requirements, and any additional expenses incurred by you during your stay.
3) The Magic Retreat Rates apply to payments made on or before 31 December 2025. Late to the Party Rates are for payments made on 01 January 2026 onwards.
4) Installment payment plan options are available (4-6 monthly payments) with full payment due by 20 April 2026. To secure your spot, the first payment must be made within the month of completing the retreat sign-up form. To secure the Magic Rate, the first instalment must be paid before 31 December 2025.
5) Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer. Locally made payments are also accepted via BenefitPay. Any Bank transfer/exchange rate charges will be borne by You.
6) Please note that a refund or discount will not be possible for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the retreat programme.
7) If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
If You cancel,
- During the Magic rate period (before 31 December), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid less 15% of the full rate as our non-refundable deposit.
- 30-45 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive 50% of your payment.
- 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refund will be given. You may however, transfer your spot to a friend or relative, subject to notifying us about your replacement. We may be able to find a replacement too.
Although we would like to compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), we are small business owners and have to uphold our commitments to the retreat center and relevant suppliers, unfortunately we are not able to make any exceptions to this cancellation policy.
8) In the unlikely event where we cancel the Retreat from our end, you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made to us in advance. We will not, however, be able to compensate you for airfare or other travel expenses incurred, and encourage you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances.
9) At the Retreat you will be offered variations of movement practices for you enjoy according to your level of fitness and physical capability. It is entirely your responsibility to listen to your body and make sure your practice remains within your physical level of comfort. Yoga/ Mindful movement is not competitive and listening to your body and the extent to which it is available for the various poses is essential. We are not able to accept any responsibility for any damage or loss you may suffer as a result of your pushing your body beyond its limits.
