Reflect + Journal

  • Bring your awareness to your sense of touch this week. Notice your relationship to the sense of touch, do you enjoy it or shy away from it? Do you enjoy hugs, massage, other forms of touch? Notice how the clothes you wear feel on your skin. Notice how the elements of nature feel when you contact them? Was it easy to engage your sense of touch or did you have to remind yourself to stay connected to it?

  • In what ways do you give and receive love? What acts of service do you enjoy doing for others? What acts of service do you enjoy receiving from others? Are you more comfortable with giving or receiving, or do you have space/balance for both?

  • In what ways do you give yourself space to breathe, to be in nature, to simply be?

Practice

  • Practice the short Hatha pranayama practice above 2-3x this week (daily if you can).

  • Keep your sense of Touch engaged this week, take note of what you notice.
