MEDITATE softly gaze into the flame of a candle and then bring it inwards

Reflect + Journal

  • Bring your awareness to your sense of sight this week. Notice if your sense of sight is strong or weak? Do you notice the details of things in your line of sight? Or do you gaze past them? Was it easy to engage your sense of sight or did you have to remind yourself to stay connected to it?

  • What is your relationship to your inner fire? Is your tendency more towards excess (burn out) or deficiency (lack of motivation)? How does it look when your fire is out of balance? And how does it feel?

  • Where do you feel strong in your body? Where do you feel strong in your life?

  • What motivates or inspires you to take action? What is your relationship with discipline?

  • What is your relationship to courage? When was the last time you did something new? How did it feel, before, during and after?
